Genuine Representative in United States

To people of United States :

I think your country is in need of genuine representatives (like yourself) than elite-funded politicians. I believe anyone of you here makes better government than (most of) what is in the capitol today, not in terms of capability and resourcefulness but in terms of interest and agenda.

I guess what is holding you back is personal and purely genuine. To me, you can be an examples of the many good people we have around who unfortunately haven't been able to convince themselves to go forward. However, if the world must change for the better then many of us have to put down ourselves our fear and face the evil. It is true that many of us are already taking our first few steps forward, which explains why this mailing list exist and we are here discussing. But if we become convinced that by having discussing we are already "doing something", then that doing become a hindrance.

I felt quite shock and later depress when I realized the majority of United States citizen (60%) doesn't vote. In my country voting is considered an everyone's affair so voting is compulsory here. I know this may seem not my business, but whatever happens to your country affects mine (and everybody else) =)
